Learning outcomes of the course
This course is intended to give students an insight into nonprofit management by tackling the issues of strategic management, fundraising, stakeholder analysis, governance, reporting and assessment.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination: Doctoral students are invited to write a paper (that can be a theoretical framework, an empirical paper or a literature review that is simultaneously in relation with the course and useful for their doctoral project) ; an oral discussion around this work is possible for the student who wish it.
Organizational remarks
The twelve periods are grouped to be delivered in two or three days.

Schedule
Academic Year 2026-2027
The Advanced Nonprofit Management course will be organized this year between October and December 2026.
The course is provided in English.
The first session will take place on October 22th, at the Warocqué School of Business and Economics (Place Warocqué, 17 -7000 Mons), between 10.30 and 13.30 in room 216.
The dates of the next sessions will be decided on that day with the participants.
