Learning outcomes of the course
This course is intended to give students an insight into nonprofit management by tackling the issues of strategic management, fundraising, stakeholder analysis, governance, reporting and assessment.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination: Doctoral students are invited to write a paper (that can be a theoretical framework, an empirical paper or a literature review that is simultaneously in relation with the course and useful for their doctoral project) ; an oral discussion around this work is possible for the student who wish it.
Organizational remarks
The twelve periods are grouped to be delivered in two or three days.

The ‘Advanced Nonprofit Management’ class will be organised during the second quadrimester, if there are at least 5 Ph.D students enrolled. Ph.D students interested are asked to inform Professor Marc Labie by 1 December 2024, by sending an email to Marc.Labie@umons.ac.be.
